Dear Mr. Harrington… I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff at Great Plains Roofing & Sheet Metal for all the time and hard work you put into the US Bank Business Center in Olathe, KS.  The past 12 months it has been a pleasure to work with such a respectable subcontractor.

I would like to bring to your attention some individuals that went well beyond their normal responsibilities on our jobsite which are as follows:  When we first started with the roofing membrane we had Chris Newell as the foreman.  Even though there were many scorching days Chris and his crew always kept a positive attitude and put in many exhausting hours.  After the membrane was down we had a sheet metal crew of Tony Vaughn and David Lemon, after hitting many bumps with the architect and shop drawings these guys came out and performed well and also kept a positive attitude.  Great Plains Roofing & Sheet Metal should be proud to employ such great field staff.

I also wanted to notify you that after the punch list walk-through with the architect and owner, Great Plains came out of the project with a ZERO PUNCH LIST.  This is something that we at Ryan Companies US, Inc. strive for on every project and Great Plains has achieved our goal.

Please pass this message on to the individuals mentioned above as a sincere Thank You from all of Ryan Companies’ US Bank Business Center Staff.  We look forward to any future endeavors that we may have with Great Plains Roofing & Sheet Metal.  Sincerely, Jason Brekken, Project Manager, Ryan Companies US, Inc.”
